Excellent service. My Pop Pop Grandpa Bill Tatum always told me to go there after his shop closed. So, I've been going there since 2020. The nice courteous young service workers even added my pink tire caps on for me! This is the best oil change place in West Texas. Plus, they don't take all day to service your vehicle.

I have been going to GTOC for years now and will always come back! This team goes above and beyond to serve you! I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes and that's awesome. On my recent visit, the tech even installed my brake light bulb before doing my inspection. I soooo appreciated that! I will always come back!!!

Best auto care service in West, Texas! The staff persons are always kind, patient, courteous, and quick and efficient with all services! Im sooo thankful that my Pop Pop Grandpa Bill Tatum (R.I.P.) referred me to them three years ago now. I go there and only there for oil changes and state inspections!!

I arrived at 7:45 am to get in line to have my car serviced....promptly at *;00 they pulled 3 of us into the bays, and I was done in 12 minutes and out of there! yay because I had another appointment that particular morning and it was well done and Perfect! Thanks!

I had my oil changed as well as my tires rotated and was completed satisfied with the professionalism of the attendant. He made recommendations on other services my Escape might have needed but left the decision up to me without any pressure. Because I was a little impatient, I thought it took them a bit longer than I expected. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced The Great Texas Oil Change.

Took way too long for an inspection. Several cars with oil changes were done ahead of me even though I was there before them. At one point the staff had all of their dirty rags piled up in front of my car, clearly not being worked on. Only after I complained did they finish up, about 10 min later.
