The Ford Store in San Leandro not only has great people working for them, but they have even better service. Willie is the man! He's professional, personable, and knows his stuff. I also appreciate their website, it makes it easy to schedule, and reschedule if necessary...even at the last minute.

I am in the process of getting the Lemon Law enacted with this truck. One of the service managers had the gull to state (after the sixth time the hybrid batteries kept shutting down on me) that I had to drive it more often. I drive my truck at the very least every other day, including trips in CA. And just because I have less than 10K miles on my odometer, they are trying to say, "Drive it more often"; excuuusee me?

The people at San Leandro dealership is very helpful, but I have a bad starting because the car I bought it have more than 30 codes on the car computer that need to replace , and it said it was certified by CARFAX , bought the car on January 15 and the first day we drove the car heated up so I returned the same day, I still driving a loan one
, today February 7 still not getting my car, how CARFAX do that certification.?

Great service and Larry communicated clearly on when and what they will do, though just called the night before and he said it could be done as same day service, so we didn't have to wait for the next available schedule (probably the following week), and gave us the vehicle back within the allotted time.

Went in to get a rough idle issue fixed. Was hoping they would do some diagnostics and appraise me how much to fix the issue. Instead, they offered the low hanging fruit, spark plugs, fuel filter and belts. I agreed to this because they said they thought it would solve the problem. They said they would test it afterwards. Anyway, $1200 later I still have a rough idling issue.

Very quick service just didn't fix the noise from my ac blower fan.Said that they didn't hear it but when I went to drive away I turned on my ac and it made the noise right away was too upset to go back and show it to them.Think they just didn't want to deal with it even though I was ready to pay for it.

Flatbed truck delivered Navigator on Friday mid afternoon. Service Advisor (not friendly) informed he would call me on Monday. He didnt. My calls were parked in voicemail boxes. On Tuesday, I picked up the vehicle with the new battery for which I paid over $450.00. Car was dirty - grease hand prints. Manager offered full detail clean up which happened on Thursday. S L Ford Store is not recommended.

Very unprofessional service my truck is been there for 4 months looks like they make trucks. And they not how to repair they own trucks. Customer service. Very very bad. Manager even wants to talk to me. He looks me like garbage. I buy my truck brand new there. Is one year paying payments and insurance and they don't care if any body have the same service let me know i don't think I'm the only one

had a 9 am oil change and tire rotation truck ended up staying over night and picked up the next day. not sure if the tire rotation was even completed. oil change seemed to be completed. never even spoke to the service guy on completion just paid the cashier and picked up the truck. I guess if their was any issues they would have spoke to me

Ford did a 20,000 mile check up on my car. I hope that they did everything that they were supposed to do on it. They gave me a complimentary car wash, but they didn't dry my car, so I wasn't too happy about that. Dust and dirt could attach themselves to the wet car.

Did not want to replace Turbo for the 2nd time under warranty, so found enough wrong to warrant a new engine for $24,000. Lucky if I could get $17,000 for it because it had 90,000 + miles. Can't afford a new truck or the $24,000 to replace the engine. We are 75 years young and this truck has been good to us. And we thought we could keep it in our retirement. Boo Hoo

Service rep was great & very helpful but the Service Tech left oil over the 2 sides & front of hood on my SHO. I saw couple days after when it was in the sun. Really bad oil spots too!!I used my quick detailer to take it off with a micro fiber cloth! Svc mgr called me to apologize & offered me free oil change next time. Price for oil change at dealership now? $116.00. Highway robbery!!
