Shop office staff were very cordial and helpful to start. I was convinced I need a full brake job and was preparing myself for several hundred dollars on a car with 86,000 + miles and no previous brake work. Instead it was just $113 and I was not a previous customer and live out of state. Highly recommend!!! Just suggest getting an appointment as I did as they were quite busy.

Good work overall and got my oil leak addressed. The lack of 5 stars comes from the mechanic breaking a part during my repair, that lead to delay in me getting the car as they waited to receive a replacement part. They didn't charge for the part they broke (which is expected) but they made no concession for the inconvenience for the delay in getting my car.
Additionally, they replaced the engine coolant during the repair, but did not fully fill it. The coolant reservoir was below the "Low" level when I checked it after getting the car home. The solution offered, when I called to mention the problem, was to drive back there for them to top it off. But I had already addressed it with spare coolant I had on hand since I considered it a serious issue to drive with it so low. Not to mention the general inconvenience of having to make another trip to address something that should never have been missed. This lack of attention to detail could have lead to a more severe problem if I had not bothered to check it and correct it immediately.
