Excellent service and work. The owner Scott always does what he says. They set my expectations and keep me apprised of any potential changes. The shop is very customer centric. Sometimes, they even wash my car as a courtesy.

Good as always. Scott and his team really knows these cars and give good advice.
When I had this 4WD error being thrown, many shops would have jumped to replace the transfer case. Due to the expertise with these vehicles, Bimmer shop recommended the replacement of a gear within.

Have always used Scott and the Bimmer Shop for work that I felt dealerships would overcharge for. Brakes, plugs, ignition, scheduled PM's, and basic maintenance.
Scott, being a former BMW technician with a marquis store, is very familiar and knowledgeable. He won't take advantage or price gouge, and is extremely fair in his pricing.
One of the best dealer quality repair facilites at a reasonable cost..
