There is a single service manager who greets and handles your appointment. You are kept informed of the progress of your appointment, services and costs. The Store furnished a video of the car inspection (under the car). The car is washed and returned on time.

Only 7,500 miles on a new car and during my only two routine maintenance visits, I was told while waiting for an oil change that I had a problem with a tire. My first visit a free routine maintenance visit turned into $400 plus for a new tire. Second visit for a free oil change, the same thing with a different tire. They wanted another $400 for the second tire and they were unwilling to assist with my issue.

I'm so impressed with the outstanding service I received at the BMW Store. Matt did a great job explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. The certified BMW mechanic sent a video showing the needed repairs and my car is now running great. He also identified a recall on the car (other shops had missed) and repaired that as well. Very professional all the way around. Highly recommend.

this was my 2nd service with my x3 and 1st time at this dealership! my experience was 1000% more with the bmw store.(not much to say about my 1st experience elsewhere) the bmw store offered over the top service, they drove us to the mall and picked us back up after my car was done! I will be back to the bmw store for my future services. also the XM in person changed every opinion I had about it..

My service advisor, Joe Gettler, worked me in for my oil change even though he was booked for several weeks online. I always wait because I am there for about an hour. So, always quick. I love my tech videos showing me everything under my car. Good visit.

Very good experience at the BMW Store. Took car in for scheduled brake job, oil change, wiper change (all under maintenance plan) and was given a nice loaner, less than 2k miles. All work was done quickly and I was given my vehicle back in the same day. Corey is easy to work with and cares for his clients/customers.

Always great service. This time the car was returned with all kinds of a white crusty flake all over the passenger side floor mat. All ground in especially along the door where someone had their feet placed. It took off the M performance print from the mat. It was very hard to remove from the entire carpeted mat. Had no idea why someone was sitting in the passenger seat. It came in for work in the tailgate.
