Last time I went in for service they told me the brakes were in great shape. Now, a few thousand miles later they needed replacement. Very strange! My take on this from previous experience is that it's best not to go back to the dealer after the warrantee is over.

I worked with Jonathan S. and Saban. Jonathan took care of the paperwork quickly and got me a ride home. Saban explained the condition of the car to me and recommended the filter change. I have been working with Saban for years and have learned to trust his recommendation. They also have good coffee.

30K and recall was serviced. I wanted the dealership to look at a few additional items, but they did not do anything whatsoever. Told me that "everything works the way it is designed". The service department is horrible, every time I go in there is a different story. This is VW, not a Rimac or McLaren, prices are worse than a doctors office.

Ive gone to other Subaru dealers, and this one is my favorite. They actually know what theyre doing and they do it promptly! I dropped off my car at 11am for a recall, and was told it was ready by 1pm! Ive gone to other dealerships for problems that take forever and dont fix it right the first time (or 2nd, or 3rd, 4th, or 5th) (not exaggerating), but when I bring it here, they get the problem solved the first time!

Great customer service. I dealt with Scott, and I would highly recommend that everyone does. Scott has made going to the dealership less of a hassle and less worrisome. This dealership is very friendly as well. The employees actually care about you and not just your car. A great place to buy a car and to get work done, maintenance, preventative or even check engine light work. Great group of people.

Although I was told the service would take about an hour, I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes, No one provided an update or informed me that it would take longer. Also, my car was not washed after the service. I was told it was too cold. However, I saw a car going through the car wash as I was leaving the lot. I feel that more transparency and communication would have improved this experience.

The carfax didnt show strong failures in the car may be due to a big hit under the car which made the steering to vibrate dangerously. After checking the car and realized that I was not in the shape mentioned in the ads and endorsed by the carfax, had to break the deal.
