It would be nice to see under the car where there is a area that needs attention. While the car is up it might save time and money if other areas are starting to go. I learn more by seeing myself and asking more questions. This visit I didn't see what was worn under it. As you know seeing is believing.

scheduled maintenance was completed. inspection discovered a coolant problem that could not be addressed that day due to too many appointments and not enough mechanics. Had to schedule a return appointment visit for a problem that could not be explained to me without further diagnosis. My service tech assisted in connecting my new phone to the vehicle.

Efficient! And the staff was patient and explained the timeline for maintenance. Please note, the early automatic reminders for the first oil change are confusing, not helpful and a "come on" for revenue for Subaru. I was losing faith in the credibility and trustworthiness of the company. It took a number of clarifying conversations with my original sales person to begin to trust the service department.

They don't listen. I specifically asked for an ECU reprogramming on the phone, nothing else, the rep quoted me a price and I took time off to bring the car there, only to be told that the reprogramming is more than twice what I was originally quoted and that the price I was quoted is only for diagnostics. Rep did not mention diagnostics at all on the phone.

Musa is the BEST! The Autobarn has serviced my last three Subaru's and the reason I purchased the 2025 Forester Sport was the confidence I have in the Dealership, particularly because of the service adviser (Musa). I have gone to a number of Dealerships for service and the Autobarn beats them all, hands down.

Friendly and knowledgeable, I've been going here for years rather than the dealership that's closer (and where I purchased my car). While performing scheduled maintenance, they also fixed loose heat shields around the exhaust system (an ongoing issue with my car, so I was very surprised that they were able to make another repair). They go above and beyond consistently.

Spoke with the Service Manager about the check engine oil light coming on half way through the last several service intervals, and the oil level being a quart down after only 3000 miles. He did not think it made sense for us to go ahead with an engine tear-down. He seemed very knowledgeable and authoritative, while being very customer-friendly. It was a great visit, he allayed our concerns.

Service personnel were great, although it was difficult to get an appointment without a long delay. Two service items were not acceptably addressed: (1) clock continues to lose one minute per week, necessitating annoying resets; and (2) window often go down when they should go up. Thanks

Everything went well The only thing I disliked, I got a coupon mailer and the cashier didn't let me use. So much off of wiper blades, $50 off a certain amount. She gave me $30 off a bill nearly $750, whoop dee that is hardly anything for what a car dealership makes

I love coming to Countryside VW, been coming here for years and this is the 4th VW that I have brought here. I don't mind waiting for service to be performed because their waiting area is comfortable and they always have snacks, water, and coffee to offer (the coffee is delicious). They are attentive and professional. I wouldn't think of going to any other VW location. :)

Came in because check engine light was on. The service advisor was able to diagnose and fix the problem without taking the car into the shop area. It was all done in about 15 minutes (not even enough time to finish the coffee I got from the well-appointed waiting area) at no charge. I'm a regular customer and know the service personnel by name; I've always had an excellent experience.

AutoBarn of Countryside has consistently earned a 5 star rating from me. Each employee is friendly, professional, helpful. I enjoy the complimentary coffee and snacks. I usually wait for my Passat to be serviced. The wait time is short, the service is done well and I leave with a freshly washed car! I always feel comfortable bringing my car in here. They also have a complimentary shuttle service which I have used....so convenient.

Could not get original intended service done this visit due to parts needing to be ordered. We also asked about a "stuck key" situation in our Forester, and were told that this was an extended warranty fix initiated by Subaru. This problem was fixed during this visit to our satisfaction, but I wish that Subaru had sent something out to owners that this was a covered fix if it has been occurring in your vehicle.

Countryside Subaru Service department has excellent check in and mechanics. Always let you know how progess is going on your scheduled work. Competitive pricing offer coupons. Had oil and filters changed and new Battery installed. Did come back next day front passenger headlight was burned out when arrived home. No problem just took 10 minutes to put in new bulb in headlight at no charge. Much appreciated
