I went in for an oil change and waited 2 1/2 hours. I asked about tire rotation and they said it was not time,but yet this shows that it's overdue. Inspection showed that I needed pads and rotors. The only positive thing was that they gave me a loaner to take home and then come back the next day to get my car.

My car was very well serviced! The only downside was it took about two hrs time. The service people found my car needed twfor my Ok o filters replaced. Instead of coming to me to get my Ok, they texted my phone,. I wasn't monitoring my phone. When I went to maintenance to ask why me car hadn't been returned, they told me they were waiting for my OK on the filter replacement. This shouldn't happen.

I needed to come back to get air in the tires. Inicially when I checked in I told the attendant to check the fluids and air pressure in the tires. 2 days later the low pressure tires pop up and needed to take it back. Now I'm not sure if the service was completed. I think I should get at least of a coupon of 50 % off of next service at the dealer.

I liked that my windshield wipers were replaced without charge, since the driver's side wiper caused a streak and it has been like this since I picked the car up in October. There is also a very nice waiting room with beverages and snacks. In addition, they asked if I wanted my car washed, which I did and it turned out nice.

Service was done well as usual. Tires are performing well no balance problem. Also very competivly priced for new Tires balance and installation. They had my car for about 3 weeks and they didn't fix anything but a light. Told me "to keep a eye on it" knowing the battery is giving up and down readings and in the paperwork it says " CALLED HELP LINE KNOWING THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A CAR AND GFF CAN NOT HELP." Would NOT recommend

Carlos and the Service Technicians quickly fixed my blinkers lights and oil change and then took time to make sure my tires were not leaking (low pressure light came on). Since I switched from Downtown Chicago to Countryside, I have been extremely pleased with the above and beyond service I have received. While Downtown is much closer to me, I will continue to take my car to Countryside.

Comfortable waiting area, snacks appreciated. I had mentioned a few things to check on my car, but they only had time to check and replace the TPMS sensors and said I needed to make another appointment. They said what I was having done was by the express team. Not a huge deal, but the dealership is over an hour away from me each way and the wait is usually an hour or more, so I don't like having to come back.

The only item not addressed was checking the air pressure in my spare tire. I know because my spare mats were not removed and replaced. They were in the same position as I left them.
