I have been going to the Auto Pros since they opened in 2011. Great people, great prices and service. You cannot go wrong. I had a problem on Saturday late in the afternoon. They said if I could come over right away, they would take care of me, and they did.

Always heard bad things but decided to give them a chance. Came for an alignment, afterwards the second I went to open my door I saw a quarter sized dent on the door and a bunch of long deep scratches on my brand new car. Just ignored me for the last two weeks with no responsibility taken. On top of that my car still pulls hard to the right so I need to find a real mechanic for an alignment. Definitely not auto pros.

When my vehicle wouldn't start, I called the Auto Pros and advised them it would be towed in. My roadside assistance company took longer than expected and the vehicle was dropped off after closing late in the evening. Imagine my surprise when I got a call before 10AM the next morning that it was repaired and ready to be picked up!! A big thanks to The Auto Pros yet again!

My RV needed its annual PA inspection that I almost forgot about. We were ready to leave for vacation, and it would've expired on our trip. I called the Auto Pros, and even though it was very close to closing time on a Sunday afternoon, they waited for me to arrive so vacation could go as planned. I had rear brakes done I received a quote from Jack Williams a regional chain. They quoted $460 for my brake job. I called Matt at Auto Pros he told me it would be between 250-300. I made an appointment for 8 am. I got there at 745 they registered my car for Car Fax. I was out be 910 at 305 with an inspection. Great job Auto Pros my new car repair facility

They really do inspect your vehicle when brought in for routine service and show you any problems they find. There is no high pressure to have the repair made and your get a detailed estimate for parts and labor. The work performed there is always completed when promised, fairly priced and always done correctly.

I brought my Mercedes in with a noise in the front end. While I was waiting for Auto Pros assessment I walked next store to grab a sandwich. I wasn't gone long but they already had diagnosed, my stabilizer links needed to be replaced. Keith had already called the parts dupplirr realizing that they were replaced last August, ordered the parts and told me to come vack Friday to replace them Fred if charge per the warranty. I have been going there for years and always get treated fairly.
