Our experiences with the Thayer Honda department have always been excellent. Everyone is courteous and professional. They are very good about informing the customer about what services are needed and which ones can wait. The work is done well and in a timely manner. Their prices are very competitive. I actually drive 20 miles and past 2 closer Honda dealerships to have my car serviced at Thayer Honda.

At one of the dealerships we went inside and stood there waiting for someone to come and talk but no one bothered to ask if they could help. They ordered body molding and didn't check the condition before my scheduled visit. Part was bent they were unable to install it. Cost me a day off work. Said they would work with me.Im thinking maybe a discount on parts or labor. Didn't happen! They ordered part and three weeks later it came in and was installed. There is a reason Dealerships are referred to as stealerships. This was no exception.

I've been giving all of my automobile business for about 30 years to Thayer. I've never once been disappointed. I even bought stock in the company, because I thought such a fine company couldn't possibly be a bad stock pick. The stock? Average. Thayer Honda? A sure thing.

It appears they did fix my starting problem. The car was delivered when promised, gave me a loaner, and the new starter really whips the engine over. Overall great customer service. The main reason I have stayed with their Honda service since purchasing my HRV. Kudos to Jeff Drew. One small, but annoying issue, tech driving my car in/out of service department moved my driver's seat for his comfort and did not return it to original position. Had to pull off highway to readjust.
