I had an awesome experience. Izzy G. worked diligently on my proposed purchase. The thing that was a deal stopper was lender required a co-signor at the last minute, which I didn't have at the time. Thayer and it's staff in Bowling Green absolutely go all out in every dept to work the best deal for its customers. They are fast, friendly andi know I will go back and give them my business and refer others. AAA+

Why Buy a full warranty when they can't fix issues after 4 tries (with $100 deductibles), then tell you it will cost $2700 to fix the issue that's not covered? Then they charge you a $105 diagnostic fee, even when you sent it in to be checked for a repeated warranty issue. Terrible!

I had the Works done, but the claimed to have ruined all 20 lug nuts when rotating the tires. The replacements cost $5 each. I will not let them rotate the tires ever again.

Improperly diagnosed issue with 1/2 shaft and CV joint, issue was with left front tire not CV. Another shop had to look at it, new tires at 1/2 the price of the Shaft CV joint. Thank you for your service.
