Service personnel are quite helpful and polite, however, service times are unacceptable. Took my vehicle in for warranty replacement of 2 diesel glow plugs. Issue was confirmed and vehicle inspection performed and reported day of delivery, but took 7 days to complete the actual work.

Did everything they committed to do and did it in the timeframe that they committed to. I used valet service because of an elderly parent that I am caregiver to. They picked the truck up, completed the needed service including a couple of recalls and returned the truck on time washed and vacuumed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Best place to service your vehicles. Texan GMC Service Department has the best customer service and is very thorough. I bring my 2022 Chevy Tahoe and 2024 AT4X for routine maintenance. I'm always amazed how good they treat their customers. Ask for Juan or Victor!

I loved the customer service I received. Juan was my service advisor. He took time to explain the process to me in understandable terms. He remembered me by name when I returned the following day. AND they were busy! Moving forward I will drive the 100+ round trip to have my car serviced passing by the Buick dealership in my town. Customer service means everything.

They sold me a car that when I drove it home the engine light turned on. I brought it back to the dealer in hopes that they will fix it! They only turned the engine light off, but did not fix the issue. A couple of days later and the engine light is back on.

Well they charge 195 to see whats wrong with my truck and said it was the wrong thing after repacing the very expensive parts it was still making the same noise and it was the shocks .And please do not buy a lifted truck from them because the warranty will not cover the lift .When i baught the truck i ask about the warranty because my highcountry did not come with a lift i had one installed. I should have kept that truck .

Eventually they got the job done but communication was poor and it took forever for them to get answers from GMC. Not a great experience at Texan but that's not where I bought my truck from, just the closest to my house for service. Twice they have taken over a month to complete service and didn't offer a loaner outside the last day they took to service my truck. I'll try a different location next time I need warranty covered service

This one of the worst car dealerships in Humble TX. (just a figure of speech) I would never send a dog there to buy a bone. The service department is awful and be aware of them doing damage to your vehicle. They never take responsibility for anything. Management is terrible. I have reported this to the GMC/ BBB.

They were TERRIBLE. I had to take my car to them 5 times. I took it in June for sunroof screen and they messed up my sunroof then thought I was gone pay for it. They also kept my car for 11 days without trying to give me a renter car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM

They told us it would take 1-1.5 hours to change the oil. After waiting for 2 hours they had not even touched the vehicle. I then got an email that I should reconsider not changing out the cabin air filter and wiper blades. How did they know these were bad if they never looked at the car?

I had an appointment for 11:00 am. I was there at 10:45. I didn't get my vehicle back until almost 2:00. Over three hours for an oil change is unacceptable and the car wash was like it was done by a five year old. The windshield was dirtier than when I brought it in.

Everytime I take it there for a simple maintenance, like oil change, I leave with additional problems. This last visit, when I left the tire monitor sensor was not longer working, conveniently they said it must have worn out and they could replace it for a fee. I had no issues with the sensor until I took it in that day. They never seem confident in diagnosing concerns and rates seem very high.
