Took 6 months to get my car in the shop after they replaces the Turbo, DPF filter and tge EGR filter didn't even make it out of the parking lot and turbo failed again.. Now it leaks oil extremely bad and they keep saying there's no oil leak & refusing to fix it $6700 later

My vehicle was scheduled for 0800H. There was another gentleman that had arrived earlier than me (I arrived 5-10 min. before 0800) and they took his car first into the bay. The desk attendant did give me an update that it would be no more than 1 hour. I was done within the hour (0845) and driving home. There was coffee, drinks, water, and snacks available. Overall, a quick and painless process.

The removed tires that did not need to be taken off. Thought we were there for snow tires to be put on. Then they mounted them backwards and they are A central. We have had to take them in an have them remounted and have the nitrogen refilled. We were there for oil change, and inspection only. Customer service was lacking, compared to are previous visits.

My service went very well, intake and service were prompt, and the results well explained. However on my way home I noticed that the "low-tire pressure" light was on. So I stopped, checked the tires, and they were all OK. Now, how do I turn off that warning light? So I phoned dealer and was told where reset button is located (inside glove box), and now I know and all is well. THANKS.

I was traveling and had my check engine light come on. I called to see if they could get me in to check the issue so I could get back on the road. They were very nice and took care of the issue quickly. I was back on the road without further problems.
