Check in was quick and easy. Waiting area is nice and comfortable. Service and inspections were done well. However, I was disappointed that they were unable to find the cause of a leak in one tire. The tire continues to lose air and needs to be filled every two days!

I explained via email that there were issues talking on the phone due to being overseas, and email and text were most reliable forms of communication. However I kept getting email responses asking for phone number and best time to chat. Over-reliance on bots and AI ended up sending me to another dealer.

I took the drive there from LI NY saw the vehicle , it looked clean underneath , outside appearance looked good , the interior just needed a little cleaning but not bad . I took it for a test drive , and it drove well. It did need tires which the dealer has agreed to subtract from the price . They seemed nice , and I felt I was getting a good deal so I purchased it . I pick it up on Saturday.

Took my vehicle in first thing, the on thing I can comment on is they should schedule ppl 15 mins after they open, there was a first mrning rush so had to wait several mintues while computers were started, and they could check folks in, other than that my car was serviced right away for a recall at no charge, only took about 30 min to reprogram my car transmission computer system.

Would have given 5 stars, but had to go back to get the inflation screen changed; something they neglected to do when my tires were rotated. Looked up how to change tire sensors after rotating tires in manual only to find out that the dealership has the relearning tool...something GM left out of the manual. The dealership took care of right away whe I went back.

Was not much of a wait time, as I did not have a scheduled apt. Staff were friendly and fixed my issue with ease. I would suggest purchasing a chevy per this car dealership, as well as have your vehicle serviced there as well!
