Good customer service, but misdiagnosed 2 very expensive repairs. There was nothing wrong with the cam chain tensioners and the starter did not need to be replaced on my Touareg. Not a good shop for German car repairs.

Terry's Service Center was highly recommend to me to check out my AC system that had stopped blowing cold air. They were very kind in talking me through the process, setting up the repair appointment and the day afore sending me a detailed estimate. Work was completed on time and a full detail was given to me on what the issue was and how it was resolved. I definitely know now why they were highly recommended and will no problem encouraging others to check them out! Excellent customer service and work!!
