The service was excellent, the shop fees were not. This was work that really needed to be done at the dealership (or I would have taken it elsewhere to save). Pretty much what I expected in terms of cost at a dealership. But, the service was excellent.

The online notification system seems to be inoperable. The updated tracking of your vehicle doesn't work, my service manager. Blair could not connect to respond to my texts.
Dealing with endurance extended warranty, as always, is a goat rope! It should not take a week or a week and a half to get responses.

Jerry Thompson broke off the bug deflector off of our truck hood and would not even tell us. No one in service would talk to us about it.. They also didn't fill up all the levels in our truck and we went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Terrible service no communication and now we have a broken deflector on the hood. They wrote on our estimate that it would cost $235 to replace it and they broke it.

Mrs. Estopinal, Service closed at noon on Saturday (before you picked up your vehicle) and we would have very much liked the opportunity to have addressed this with you then. We have every intention of making this right, as it was a mistake. We have not been allowed the opportunity to speak with you yet. Yes. I was unable to get there due to my husband being hospitalized just after I requested info on a vehicle, and they were very understanding. They ended up selling the vehicle to another customer, and I was not the least bit surprised. The vehicle is one that is always in high demand due to its superb record of reliability. I will definitely keep checking their inventory due to their more than professional yet understanding manner.

I had an 830 appt on Thursday. It took them till Monday afternoon to find out i needed a new battery and brake work. Picked up the car Tuesday evening. Being without a car 6 days is a long time. Wish they worked a bit quicker.
