Expensive but honest. They point out marginal items but recommend you don't need to fix it yet. The BMW dealers have twice begged me to fix the oil pan that hasn't dropped one drop of oil yet in 30,000 miles. Terry Sayther points it out but says I can wait. They take massive amounts of pictures to prove any needs I do have.

Super impressed with this service shop. My BMW was towed there and the quick communication about what was needed and not needed was appreciated. In fact, they told me that I probably needed a $1500 repair, which I did not need after further inspection. Their honesty is impressive.

As a 1st. Time customer, I was very impressed with their service. They diagnosed the issue I was having and also found another problem that needed addressing. Rhett, our service manager, found the part our car needed and when it arrived, they went right to work replacing it .I am very happy with the service that they provided. Also used their late pick-up service that worked out great for me.

I took my car in to check the breaks and make sure my car was ready for a long road trip. The folks at Terry Sayther checked everything over and got my car back to me quickly, and didnt charge me a penny since no work was needed. Will continue to use them as long as I live in Austin!
