Extremely slow. Mechanic stayed in office talking more than working on my truck. Had to say something to get him to finish my truck. Almost 2 hours just for an oil change. Nobody in a hurry to get work done. Very unprofessional not worrying about customers or their time. Won't shadow the doorstep of this establishment again

Although I loved the mobile service for my recall on my vehicle and the technician that came out was wonderful. The recall had already been completed at an earlier service (according to the technician). Frustrating that the systems were not updated and that I had adjusted my home and work schedule to accommodate the service that did not really need to be done.

As always, our service was top notch and our Service Writer Russ Steffan was, as always, attentive to our needs and during the service inspection let us know our rear brakes were in great need of replacement. I had a long list of things to fix, but when I got my truck back, they didn't fix the issue I was having with my steering wheel buttons. they had my truck for 2 weeks so I wasn't happy about this, and when I called to take it back in, I had to be really forceful to get them to listen to me - when you don't do a job right, that means you need to prioritize that customer. They do not care about their customers at all, very disappointing

Always great service! All of the technicians there are so polite and informative, especially Shane Dyer. I totally trust him with my vehicle. Even though my warranty has been out for quite a while I would rather take my Lincoln to Ted Russell which is 30 miles from the town I Iive in.

Service wasnt very good. My back up camera is still broken. Normally I get a great car clean up, but this time they only washed the outside and didnt touch the inside. They they didnt vacuum or anything. That was extremely disappointing. Shane usually takes care of all of these details, but hes been out lately for surgery or something. I understand hes just returned, but I dont know if hes up to over seeing everything just yet.

We received poor service,they changed my oil,checked the air filter,which they took out and left it laying under the hood,with the air box open which made a terrible noise,the car wash was terrible,from now on it will be the kingston pike location only for us,the service is there is excellent.

Warranty work needed to be done (mirror motor , backup camera, sunroof drained) Arrived 9:45 a.m. and was informed "it will take all day to fix items." Waited all day and decided to check status at 3:30p. Service rep "oh, we need to order parts." They knew they had to order parts earlier that day but failed to notify me and was just going to let me sit there until they closed. Bad customer service.

The actual service to my vehicle was great but the communication between my service advisor and myself was terrible. I didnt receive a loner car and they kept my car for 26 hours. It made being a single mom even harder. I will not be returning to this location.
