Extremely pleasant phone experience. Service and repairs promptly completed and documented. Drove away and had loud thumping, turned around and went back. Repair tech came out quickly and diagnosed air in coolant system which they fixed immediately. Ended up bill was not cheap but better than last years experience at the dealer.

Staff was great. Service was great. Ive saved $1200 by not going to Porsche for my brakes. I feel the aftermarket parts that Tech Plus used a great quality.
My only small complaint is that my seat was greasy and dirty when I picked it up. My leather is cream color, and the top and side on the door side were dirty.

Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff. The service is personal, it is not like going to a dealership. They don't push you to do work that isn't needed, they just give you the straight answer and a recommendation. Service staff is really knowledgeable on European cars.

They tried to sell me on $1500 more on additional service that was not itemized. They told me they would email me the additional service items I needed.. I still have no idea they wanted to do. I had them change the oil and filter. Last time they charged $160. This time $218. I wont be back.

I have owned many cars over the years. Tech + has been the best
service group that have worked on my cars. If I had this maintenance
repair done at a dealership it would have been double. They have worked
on all my BMWs when they were out of warranty with similar cost sayings.
If you want reliable service at a reasonable price, you won't; lose.

During these trying times, and in view of uncertainty its prudent to
keep your existing vehicles is top condition. Regarding my recent
repairs, completed within schedule and follow up inquiries. They
as always have stood my their service. After these many years, I have
never had to bring any of my vehicles back because something was not right.

As in my numerous previous visits to Tech plus, fair price for far above quality service. You will not ne disappointed. I gave up on dealerships a long time ago. High priced for just adequate service. If you are looking for a free car wash its probably where you should visit.
