My car wasn't thoroughly checked as I requested and my concerns were dismissed. They have poor and dismissive communication skills with poor management direction. The blame once clarity was given from another was shifted to a battery issue that was completely WRONG! They didn't care if my car stopped on me or something else was to happen!

Ms. Sandy was awesome!! However, the mechanic who worked on my car and inflated it too much. My tire pressure light came on and I had to bring it back to dealership right after the service work was completed and everything had been checked out and it was stated that everything checked out. With that being said, if I don't bring it to Honda in Opelousas, it will still be serviced at another Honda dealership.

Sandy is always so professional, knowledgeable and polite it's a pleasure doing business there. We went there to shop for a new car for my girlfriend when I noticed my vehicle needed service, Sandy told me she would absolutely sneak me in while we were there. That really impressed my girlfriend because she always has to make an appointment weeks in advance to have her car serviced.
