It was a bad experience. I have a Dually and twice in the same day they messed up my tire rotation. They put the inner steel wheels, that don't match the alloys, on the outside. Two wheels that clearly didn't match the other 4 somehow kept ending up on the front or outer rear wheels. Then when they were finally "done" they sent me home with a severely underinflated tire. Pretty poor experience.

Bought a new truck from Gilman 8 months later I wanted to use my free oil change, that came with the truck , they informed me that it expired two weeks ago. At the time of the purchase they said no such thing about a expiration for the oil change. Unhappy camper

the dealership took one whole week and didn't fix the issue and they wanted me to spend over $1,500 on a new radio because it was not communicating to ECU. I took it to a audio shop they fixed it on 2 hours spend $200. Gillman is ridiculous
