Your representative was very professional. But the waiting time was over 4 hours even with an appointment confirmed. When we finally arrived to retrieve our vehicle there was only one young lady assisting customers and 6 empty desks with no one else at them. We had to wait again.

The gentleman was very polite and accommodating starting with the phone call scheduling the appointment throughout the process. The wait period was within reason. The coffee was a highlight, along with the snacks. It was cool inside so I appreciated accommodations for sitting in the sun.

Brought in for Recall Service and brought two other problems that would be under extended warranty - WHERE I HAD VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM. They could not reproduce the problem. The problem showed up THE VERY NEXT DAY. Meanwhile they tried to upsell me on 3 grand of other services.

The guy that was assigned to me was way too busy I had to get the young man Robert to help me that just to help her they didn't ask me if I want anything else done one thing I can say they got me in and out faster than any other day of had service there but they need to work on their personality and friendliness and they didn't ask me about my recall that I mentioned and the rest of the crew was in his friendly was disappointed

They had the car I wanted and were all nice people, but they will basically say anything to get a sell. Regardless of what the actual truth is. They also tack on ridiculous fees for unneeded accessories that you don't even want, but won't let you remove them. Overall it was a terrible experience, and I won't be doing business with them in the future.

After leaving with the 2018 Acura MDX on Saturday, less than 24 hours later all the warning lights came on and the vehicle wasn't responding as it should (driven 20 miles since purchase). I sent videos and pictures to my sales kid immediately. He responded on Monday, after I had already contacted service, that "at least that won't affect drivability".
