I took my 2017 ford focus to team service center to have the transmission check out. I bought this car for Rash auto. They told them, there were problems with the actuators and shifting module . the parts were replaced and the car is running great at this time.Very happy , Thank you The car is for my Granddaughter and she loves it

They fixed the ACM issue but i found broken clips on the floor. Which means they were broken during disassemble. They didn't take it apart and reassemble delicately. Feel they could care for the customers vehicles better. The staff was polite though

Okay service. Scratched hood. Let my battery drain and took awhile but they did get my parts on correctly. We're fairly friendly. Also gave small discount due to how long the vehicle was there.

They didn't check the tire pressures in the tires when they rotated them and I expressly asked them to. Some of the tires needed air added to them. Everything else was great!

Everyone was very courteous and easy to deal with. They even added air to a low tire that I didn't think to ask them to do. It took them a couple of hours to do the service so I just waited in their clean waiting room and watched tv and did things on my cell phone and before you knew it they came to tell me they were finished!
