It took longer than i was hoping due to alignment issues but what I didn't like was I have had 3 alignments done in 45 thousand miles I paid for all of them and my alignment still isn't perfect and was told there's no fix for it thats just not an acceptable answer to my problem

When walked in there was one lady sitting there I walked up no words she yelled for the customer . The other one was on phone and the other was doing a customer already, In the past I would be greeted and they tell me to wait or ask what I needed.

engine installation 8 bolts left out of air l flap for turbo, air intake, evp intake clamp not tightened, scratches on Fenders. Service department ignore calls using caller ID. this isn't the first incidents with Service. I live in Georgia and bought my truck while working here in Goldsboro 16 months ago 2021 Chevrolet Silverado engine failed at 61000 miles, truck was there almost 9 weeks! to get it back and still have issues!

Didn't have any answers as to why my tire pressure light was on even after a tire rotation and correct psi in all tires, couldn't identify if a TPS sensor was bad or needed re programming. Service person wasn't at all concerned about solving this problem.

I did not appreciate finding out that the $3,300-plus bumber-to-bumber INCLUSIVE warrantee I purchased thru this dealership was useless. And, that my vehicle would not be released to me until account settled. I have always paid in full for services rendered by this facility.

Every thing! the quickness of being given the appointment. the outstanding service provided by Ms. Tiffany Wooten, and the maintenance staff. After all the work that was performed, there were no grease/dirt smudges or stains anywhere inside or outside of my vehicle. Very professional. The work was performed flawlessly "so far so good"

The scheduled service was stated on time and was completed promptly. Only issue was that there was a recall notice that was supposed to have also be done with this visit but will need to be rescheduled. This is not a big deal but does create another visit.

Didn't like paying $900 up front just to find out what's wrong with my A/C. The cure was a new Compressor need. What I liked was the repair was completed a day earlier than scheduled and the total cost was less than estimated.

The price for a basic oil change I was quoted $229 dollars for a oil change for a 06 base model corvette It only takes 6 quarts of mobile one oil But it's ok, another local GM dealership Charge it for $120 dollars less

Not a pleasant one. The receptionist /cashier was not helpful in answering a simple question. I ask for the manager. The manager came and talk with the cashier about the matter and left without acknowledging me at all.How rude.
