The service center was immaculate. Even though they were very busy and a lot of cars were pulling in, it seemed very organized. We were checked in immediately and were picked up by Lyft to retrieve our car when it was completed. Checking out was quick and convenient.

I had an appointment at 8:40 AM and I did not receive my car back until 4 PM and all I was getting with an oil change. After I got my car back, I noticed that the car had a smell coming from it and when I did look under the hood, I noticed that they did not put the dipstick back in properly and it was sticking up out of the hole

Eddie helped me this time and everything went very smooth. Check-in was seamless.(I did have an appointment.) he offered a few services and explained to me how long everything would take when I picked up the truck. The only nag in the process was they did not see that I was using my Chevy rewards points for the service, but he quickly made the adjustment and I was on my way.

I drove my Chevy Colorado to team Chevrolet for oil change and tire rotation which should only take an hour or so. It was 3 and a half hours before I finally got my vehicle. The excuse they gave me was that they were short handed. I'm hoping that this may help to have them improve their service in the future.

Had to take it twice before they even fixed anything. No communication what so ever, the first time had to call and ask if it was ready and the second time they had it for almost 6 days with no update or time of when it would be completed and no one answers the phone when you call to check. Definitely going to another dealership next time.

I'm handicapped so I made an appointment. There's chairs in the waiting room are low and I needed help to get up (thanks, Ahren) - humiliating. The oil change reminder tag was sloppily written - I can't read it. The seat and floor protectors were not removed before I was given my SUV, so I struggled to remove them and I had to throw them back in the SUV because there wasn't a trash receptacle. Think through the process to the finish!

Took over 2 hours for an oil change which is too long. Also, upon completion the technician did not replace the service sticker or reset the internal computer settings for the amount of oil life. That is unsatisfactory and shows a lack of attention to detail. I am still not convinced that the service was done 100% correctly. I recommend that each customer check the work completely before leaving the facility. I am glad that I did.

They failed to rotate my tires, balance tire pressure, and fill washer fluid as requested and proceeded to charge me for the tire rotation. My rear left tire was at 41 PSI when I arrived and was still at 41 PSI upon pick up. They charged for services not rendered.

Augustin was great so this isn't anything about him and his service he provided. There were at least 10 other employees in the service area and not one of them greeted me or even made eye contact. I pulled my truck into the service bay and stood there while everyone kept their heads down or continued in their personal conversation with each other. Finally I had to ask if someone could help me to get service that I pay for.

Augustin took the time to explain what was going to be done for this service and quoted a price when he was finished. I got my car back at the time promised, costing about one hundred dollars less than the quoted cost. Totally satisfied with the work and service at Team Chevrolet.

GM should have had our car part in stock, instead of making us wait three months, and it resulted in our having to buy a second car. We realize that it wasn't Team Chevrolet's fault. However they could have kept us updated, without us having to keep calling them. In the end, them were wonderful and we really appreciated their treatment of us!

I like the Quick Service Station, but this was the second time the service tech just parked the car outside when ready but did not notify me. I had two ask if my car was ready there answers were we tried to look and contact you the entire time I was waiting in the waiting room needs to be a better way but a text message is just not enough more like an intercom speaker in the waiting room to notify your customers

I was in to get an extra key. Price was a bit high at almost $400 but also that it took 3 hours to complete service. The staff was great in their professionalism though. Why TEAM Chevy took away free snacks, I don't know. When it was Bozarth Chevy, customer service was better. Being my fourth car from dealership, I'd think the "customer appreciation" would have been better.

The service was good, except my vehicle sitting outside for 20 minutes before they let me know it was ready, and the tech did not put an oil change sticker on the windshield to remind me of the next oil date and mileage. Otherwise I would have rated them with 5-star rating.

They originally told me that I had to leave my car there for 3-5 days because they needed to diagnose my issue and they were backed up. I was not happy but agreed. I got a call later that afternoon saying they were able to diagnose and that they have a new SD card on order. It's been over a week and no SD card yet. However, I am able to drive the car without it but still frustrating GM can't overnight a tiny SD card!!!

Made an appointment to take my Silverado in for a software update recall and an oil change. Over 6 hours later when I was contacted that the vehicle was ready I was surprised to see 7,500 mile maintenance $64.85 and cleaner $34.95 was added to my bill without any mention at drop off or pickup. Dealerships should be upfront with recommendations and get the owners approval before performing any maintenance that wasn't asked for.

They did not know how to do a alignment for a Cadillac CTS and should have told me. Now my inner tire is complete worn and they said sorry you can buy a tire and will not be warrantied or prorated, if you drive a Cadillac make sure they know what they're doing before you drop it off
