They inspected my vehicle and pointed out issues that one prominent Toyota dealership did not take time to disclose, discuss or indicate that it existed when I visited the dealership just 4 days earlier to have routine maintenance& an inspection completed. The Toyota dealership actual noted on their Multi Point Inspection Sheet that the existing issue was "inspected and OK"

TCCN Auto has serviced my Toyota Camry every three mounths since 06/22.
I have had no problems with Tccn auto they are a family run business. They treat their customers and cars with due diligence.They dont try to sell you something you don't need and theres no pressure.I would highly recomment you take your car for maintenance to this shop. STAY AWAY from the Toyota dealerships.

Long wait time to get to your scheduled appointment - over a month!!! In addition, simple trans fluid change took 2 hours. Hard to guesstimate the quality of work since you cannot check performed work on sealed transmission. Hope it was done correctly.

Absolutely fantastic service! It can take a little while to get an appointment because of the popularity of The Car Care Nut YouTube channel, but they are well worth the wait. Any owners of Toyota or Lexus vehicles in the Chicagoland area should consider making the drive to TCCN.

The entire staff is friendly and professional.
Fair and reasonable prices and does not try to sell customers on gimmicks.
I won't mention the other business I use to frequent they provided good service also but would try and sell products and items that was totally unnecessary.

Shop didn't get to my vehicle until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Inspection was generally helpful though it appeared to be focused on the underside of the vehicle. It's not clear if there was any inspection of the engine compartment. At least, none was mentioned.
