I loved everything about this dealership. This was the best service I've ever experienced in a dealership! Since I was traveling thru, I just pulled in out of the blue with a major problem. The service department jumped on it right away, diagnosed the problem got parts ordered and got me back on the road as fast as they could. If you break down on a trip, you better hope you're in Salmon Idaho !!!!!!!

They provided great customer service, and as far as I can tell, they did a good job on my repairs. I don't understand why it cost as much as it did, but that's probably my own ignorance about the price of parts and skilled labor any more. I'm sure it's a fair, competitive price.

Courteous, cheerful and timely. I had a scheduled maintenance which is provided by the dealership. I bought my wheels and tires from Taelor Chevrolet and they did a bolt on bolt off exchange. No charge. It doesnt get any better. Im ordering a new Cadillac from them this year. I drove 30 miles to get to the dealer and its worth the drive.

I scheduled an appointment in advance. My wife dropped off the truck and told them she was going to wait for it to be done. She waited 1-1/2 hours to find out it had been done for 45 min but no one told her it was done. It shouldnt take 45 minutes to do an oil change and the additional 45 minutes of waiting is unacceptable.

We had to wait about 30 minutes to have our vehicle serviced because they were running behind. But, they have a nice waiting area with a TV and comfortable chairs. They offer refreshments to make the time pass quickly. The staff is always friendly and courteous.
