Very frustrating dealing with Tate Branch's service department. I had my vehicle in for a oil change, tire rotation, and to clear a check engine light code. They had my truck for 3 days. Never called me to provide a status update. They promised to call me and let me know if there was a specific service due at 90K miles. They never called me.

Three weeks to get truck back, was promised loaner vehicle which never happened, requested the old parts that I PAYED FOR BACK - that too never happened. This flex plate replacement happened 2 months out of the factory warranty at only 55K miles!!, I purchased extended warranty at time of purchase, but this still cost me $1700.00 for my part. What a scam this "extended warranty" is.

Had an engine warning light come on, called them to see if it was okay to drive until I got to their location and they assured me it was okay as long as the engine light wasn't flashing. I made it to their shop and they took me right in and resolved the issue.

Receptionist was amazing and very helpful. The mechanics are just ok, and far from the best Ive ever used before. Showed video of multiple issues with the a/c to mechanic but he didnt know what it was, and said it was a dirty filter or that the truck was sopost to make the loud noises. Definitely bring it to Ralph sellers in Gonzales la when I get back home.
