I had to make 4 trips to the service center before the problem was resolved. I feel that at most it should have been 2 trips - the first to identify the problem/ determine what parts were needed; the second to fix the problem. This is the first time that I felt that the service quality was lacking.

The service people Were fantastic And very helpful. They did my work and solved my problem very quickly. However, they suggested numerous things that needed work or replacement, which would've added it up to almost $1000 of work. My local mechanic said those things were not necessary at the time. So that makes me concerned about trusting their judgment.

My 2023 KIA Niro WAS NOT serviced at this dealership. Get your ownership records Corrected. I traded this car in an a new KIA Niro in Dec. 2022. Get your records straightened out.

It took me an hour and 20 minutes to have my new tire mounted and the car ready to drive. A reasonable amount of time or an unreasonable amount of time. By the way I was charged almost $50. For the mounting and balancing. I thought an egregious sum after being charged $173 for a tire. Overall I would say a real rip job.

My service was completed after several visits to KIA. This was due to having to order the needed parts from an outside location. The cumulative wait time was several hours. However, I don't have a negative feeling about the experience, as their staff is courteous and the waiting area in that location is comfortable.

I brought my car in with a flat tire. Mechanics was through in trying to find the leakturns out there was none, so they refilled the tire, updated the car software, and gave the car a good cleaning, no charge!
