The service staff work with you to get you in and out as fast as they can. 90% of the time your appointment is on time. There are as with any business times when a delay is necessary and they make you comfortable knowing your frusstration. Pricing is reasonable.

Vehicle was taken back on schedule. Staff was professional, polite and courteous. After buying my car there they have serviced my car every time except for a couple times that I was out of town. By far this is my favorite Chevrolet service department. Highly recommend Tappahannock Chevrolet.

It was disappointing. I was told that I wouldn't be charged for what I assumed to be the part and labor over the phone by a service manager there. Well, my vehicle is ready and I head to get my keys. I had to pay $70 and wasn't charged the labor fee. I was so shocked. This was a skid plate replacement that I'm sure their technician didn't screw in currently after my oil change with them a couple weeks ago.
