Staff were very nice and personable. Got me in and out in reasonable time. Nice to stay in your vehicle the whole time. With 3 bays filling up pretty much at the same time when I arrived (I was 3rd in line for service), they got to my vehicle in maybe 25-30 minutes. Good option if you're in a pinch to get an oil change.

There was no waiting to be served and they were pleasant. But they overfilled the oil in my car and then the car would not start. It had to be jumped with cables. The place didn't have jumper cables and thankfully I did. Not sure how the situation would have been rectified if I didn't as they didn't seem to have a clue other than to jump start the car. Again very pleasant, not sure they are very experienced.

Liked that they topped off all fluids free and put in correctly. Did not like that price only includes 5 quarts when a lot of cars like mine take 6.9 and I had to pay for 2 extra quarts that weren't cheap

Great on the oil change but wished they rotated tires! I've always have my tires rotated w/oil changes and now have to go somewhere else!

Very expensive $96 for 4.8 qt. of 0w 20 motor oil and filter. The Venza requires 0w 16 Synthetic Motor Oil. That should have been drained and replaced with the 0w16. That would have cost $125. Inspection items listed on receipt mostly not done. I should have done it myself for a fraction of the cost and had it done correctly.

There were 4 young men (probably early twenties at the oldest), who were nothing but professional and courteous. They explained how the company worked since I had never been to a "drive thru" oil change where I stayed in my car. They were friendly and had a great sense of humor. I would definitely return to Take 5 due to the excellent customer service which is lacking so often in this day and age.
