The people who were servicing my vehicle were joking around to much. Didn't know how to put my wiper blade on and when asked to leave it in my vehicle they didn't. Had to drive back the next day to get it but was harassed when asked about it. On top of that they inputted the incorrect mileage of my vehicle and reported it to CARFAX. Not a huge deal but attention to detail

I was told the wrong price for an oil change when I called. When I got there it was $20 more. I said ok because I had a $25 coupon and they drained my oil then told me how much more than that it would be for the extra quarts of oil. I was not happy at all. They should have been very clear on the cost before draining the oil.

My first time there. One of the service people came to my car and greeted me with a bottle of water before he asked me to pop open the hood. Another service person walked out to let me know hed be guiding me in and exactly what his hand signals would me for me. Once inside everything moved along smoothly and I was done and on my way in no time. My new go to for oil changes for sure!

Take Five is Excellent, The workers r very nice, & polite. They took good care of my car. Thanks to Them I drove off more happier then any other shop. I highly recommend Take Five to anyone whos looking for a Great place, excellent service and trustworthy. Customer Service was beyond 5 stars.

When we arrived they had 2 people working and it took an hour of us waiting to get in the bay for them to start. It was a super hot day, they were out of water. I did mention to the tech that I wanted to know the level and looks of the transmission fluid, he never showed me. On my receipt it says "NA" by the transmission. They did not check the tire pressure. They noted psi for tires, the front say something different from the back. I did not see them check the tire pressure or add anything to them. I just didn't feel that they paid attention to detail, seemed like a lot of playing around. Not sure that I feel confident to return.
