The two employees who were on duty did great work, unfortunately two employees didn't show up for work so my Take 5 experience ended up taking 90 minutes. The two employees on duty stayed positive and did all they could do to give good service. I'll be back but I won't recommend it to anyone else

It took longer than 5 minutes and there was a wait BUT.....it was cold & raining BUT we they walked out to us & brought bottles of water on top of offering us more when we finished PLUS gave us a better coupon than the one I had already.... HIGHLY recommended & most definitely going back just wish there was one in Galveston

Have taken my vehicle there several times. Always a new staff employee to wait on me. They were quick to change my oil and check my tires. I would take my vehicle there again.

Nice people and I guess didn't good job but even with the coupon or 20'dollars off I was still charged 80 dollars ridiculous will never go there again.

Made an appointment. Arrived earlier than scheduled and was seen right away. Service was good. Everyone was respectful and courteous. Topped off my vehicle fluids, offered additional services based on my car's age and mileage. Overall pleased with their service.

Well the days of getting there and being in line early are over, cause someone can pull up right as they open and had appointment, so sat there 38 mins before I got service and was there 10 mins earlier and first one there. So if it's appointments that get the service frist, I could have went to the dealership and had coffee and relax. So much for fast and convenient, the dealer will just get my business from now on.
