This was a difficult rating to give because all of the employees were pleasant and helpful. However, I literally sat in my car for over an hour to complete the oil change process. That seems too long and much longer than I've waited in the past. Hopefully, this will be an isolated incident.

I called the day before I went to get a price. I told the guy the make & model of my truck & wanted to know how much it would be. He said for the middle grade synthetic it would be 99.00.Then, in the middle of the oil change he said it takes more than 5 quarts. 145.00 plus !!!

Took over 30 minutes from the time I was put in the bay till the job was done. Simple oil change. Also sloppy work oil split on engine. Causing it to smoke when started. They had to clean it off.

The technician told me that I needed an engine filter. After they installed it and I left the place, my check engine light came on immediately. They told me it had nothing to do with their service. After going to get my car checked, they didn't close the casing that the filter goes into which caused the engine problem.
