Dude charged me for oil change and filter didn't even give me a filter . Didn't even change my oil- he literally just added oil.
& he didn't even give me a sticker for my window or nothing. He was very rude. Will not be returning. Wish I could give -5 stars.

Great manager and his assistant. The mgr met me with a cold water. He told me what was needed. I'm a once per year customer and no one ever mentioned the cabin filter! This manager replaced the filthy one.

I had a 6 o'clock appointment to get my oil changed and emissions. Checked for inspection and waited in line for 10 minutes. They didn't start servicing my car until 615. The guy put air in my tires, but did not reset my sensors and said once I start driving the light on my dashboard would go away. It didn't, so now I have to go somewhere else and get the sensor reset.

Asked if they had a specific oil upon arrival was told they did.But in process of changing oil they discovered they were outdo they had to go to parts store to procure more making a already lengthy wait,very busy even more so .Definitely not a 10 minutes oil change as advertised.

5 minutes only really applies to oil changes, not state inspections. There's only one guy there who is certified to do it, even though there were 2 other guys working. They all should be certified. The waiting area was small and not very cold. It was a 100 degree day.
