extremely slow and guy tried swindling me into a coolant service, i just had engine replaced 2000 miles ago. he showed me green coolant in tester and said my coolant was bad. my chevy takes orange coolant. absolutely ridiculous never go there for anything again

They are always so kind and respectful. I never feel like I'm being sold something I really don't need, in fact, they are straight with me about what can wait until my next oil change (changing filters, etc) and use language that makes sense when I ask what's likely to happen if I wait. I always feel like I'm taking good care of my vehicle when I pull out and give them a honk for good service! :)

The service crew was great. The problem has to do with the company. They keep changing what kind of brand of oil they carry. Now they carry pennzoil. Mobil comes and goes. Keep it consistent will make a better customer experience.

It too awhile before they started servicing my vehicle; they only had one other vehicle in one of the four bays. I had to remind the technician to check the tire pressure and fluid levels. The service took about 35 minutes.

Friendly personable staff that unlike the competition across the street know their products. They also brought up an obvious service issue that every other company I've used recently for oil changes missed or didn't know about. Got quoted $84.99 for oil change. Was even gifted a coupon for $7 discount. Bill came to $115 and change, when i asked why they said because of the service charge. so i asked for an invoice and i got a charge of $110 w/ unit price of $63, and a $4 service charge. so basically nothing matched. at least my oil got changed but if they can't give a straight price up front they lost my business forever

Every person is professional and courteous. That said I refused the oil change due to cost. They display an economy service for $49.95 but the last two visits they claim that they're out of oil and upsell to $84.95 or higher. I took my business across the street at $49.95 and used an online coupon for an additional $10 off. I serviced my car here for 2.5 years but you may have lost me.

I thought the service they performed was ok. I expected them to check the tire pressure but that did not happen. For what they charged for their brand of oil was over priced. For that price I would expect a top brand like Penzoil or something similar.

Took my car for a state inspection so I could get my tag renewed. Although it was crowded, these young fellows worked as hard as they could and the wait wasn't that long. Went through all the "checks" and my car was approved.
I will always go back to them for oil changes and inspections.

my wife and I had a very good experience with the manager at this location. he explained the tire pressure gauge and my tires were over inflated. also that we needed one windshield wiper replaced.He showed us the damaged wiper. I highly recommend this thousand oak location.

Friendly crew, I know they were doing their best but it took over an hour, and it was way more expensive than if I would have gone to the VW dealership and now I feel like my car is running a little weird. Like sputtering almost, and they did not turn off my oil change needed sensor. Not sure if I will be going back there.

The place is called Take 5 Oil Change, which might be part of the Express Lube family. I needed my State Safety Inspection and they were really awesome! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Plus I got to stay in my car which was very helpful. I couldn't be happier!
