Just When I Pulled Up 1 of The Male Workers Offered Me A Cold Water. I Only Had To Wait Just A Few Minutes Before I Was Directed inside. 1 Of The Workers Asked Me Some Questions About My Car & What I Needed. At Least 2 Workers Worked On My Car: Changing the Oil, Putting Air Into My Tires etc. I Paid My Bill & Left. Everyone Was Polite.

Service was fast (15-20mins), professional, and convenient. While they didn't have a replacement intake filter for my model in stock, I'd have never thought to check in the first place. Cost was around $110 for a high milage full synthetic change. Overall, very pleased.

I like everything about Take 5 Oil Change. You can bring your car in for an oil change and then they will top off fluids if needed. The service techs are extremly knowledable and always polite. They always hand you a bottle of water when you pull up.

Everyone is always polite and professional. As a woman and a person who loathe car maintenance, every visit has been pleasent. I don't feel like I'm being talked down to or upsold any services. When I refuse a common offer (windows blades, for example) they are never pushy, but do tell me my options if I choose to purchase from the location.

I have been using Take five oil change for a while. I think that the concept is good ,however they need to explain to the customer when they replace small parts on th car. I had to ask and am not sure if I was being told the truth. I will be using another location as I am not comfortable with misinformation.

The Rock Hill location tried to a bait and switch. I asked 3 times for the economy change. This is the same as I have done for at least 2 years. With a coupon it should have been approximately 30 dollars. The tech said 90.95! "We did the durmax top level" After complaining he reduced the cost to 29 dollars. Either he didn't read my record, heard me or tried a fast one... Buyer beware! I am taking my business somewhere else.

Oil on my garage floor where they werent careful draining and or didnt clean good after draining the oil. Their business is too good and they obviously are in a big rush to get cars in and out to keep cars moving. Ill go somewhere else next time and forgo my 25% military discount to not have a mess on my garage floor.

After a 30 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon. The service people were young, energetic and well schooled in the art of the oil change and the potential sales to make with a smile. The smile caused me to overspend for the convenience of having it taken care of and get it over with. Despite overspending, it was a pleasant experience.
