I felt the services had a few inconsistencies nothing major however,they normally give a bottle of water complementary that didn't happen and I went twice with two vehicles in one day the first vehicle they checked my air pressure all the way around and got it right the second vehicle they did not check the air pressure..But other than that great service

It was great. I love the fact that I could stay in my car. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. The area looks clean and tidy. I will be using take 5 again. Have also been telling my friends about how great this experience was. They are also going. To use them for their next oil change.

The service was quick and professional. They did not seem overly pushy trying to up-sell me services I did not need. My only reason for not giving them five stars was that I did not see them check my tires but my receipt says they did and I had to ask for my fluids to be checked and topped off. They are supposed to do this as part of their routine service. But I appreciated the military discount and buy one/get one wiper blade special.

Ok service, I didn't like how he was telling me that's not the type of oil for this vehicle N the miles.. I told him I wanted synthetic oil good for 5k miles not the regular oil. 3k miles. He looked it up N I was right. Stop arguing with the customer especially females.

Absolutely love the Take 5 in Phenix City! Customer service is exceptional. You pay for convenience and speed but it's worth it especially when you have a last minute trip. They made sure I had the High Mileage Synthetic oil, topped off my fluids and explained everything to me. I will definitely be back!
