I came in on a Sunday afternoon, they were busy, all the bays were full. They got to me very quickly, I was able to remain in my vehicle while the work was being done (Oil Change and Emissions testing). I was offered a bottle of water while I waited. Friendly and courteous staff. This was my 2nd visit to this location and it will not be my last. Great work guys!

The service at Take 5 Oil Change was good overall. I originally went in just for an oil change but ended up also having the coolant replaced after their recommendation. Everything went smoothly, but unfortunately, the agent forgot to apply my discount coupon, which was a bit disappointing.

Really enjoy coming here. They all do their job and respectively. Everyone is nice and you can see they like to have fun while they work. Not bothersome bc they get it done and right. Not customer friendly. I asked if they could add windshield Wiper fluid I had and they responded, "we already topped it off." When I tried using next day there was no windshield wiper fluid. Dissatisfied. I've used them for at least 3 years first time this has occurred. Won't be using again

Attendant seemed distracted, maybe someone didn't show up for work. Only one person working in the bay while I was there. Took longer than I expected, cost more than expected. I assume the work was done as shown on the receipt. I drive less than 1,000 mi a year. It will be a while before I need service again and doubt I will go back to this location.

I went in for an oil change and wiper blades replacement. The crew is always polite, knowledgeable and progressional. Prices have increased just like everything since the pandemic. I was able to use a coupon and will continue to return when I need oil change, filter change etc. thank you again for the great service!

1st time I have been there, highly rated service, thorough, stay in your car, you see what they are doing. Quick service, yet quality ! Pull up $10 coupon, they do use Castrol oil......excellent, but worth it. Only place I will go, it took 20 mins, I was 1st in line but, the car next to me just as quick.

The first Service Technician I spoke would not allow me to leave convincing me that an oil change will be done expeditiously. The other two Service Technicians were awesome, friendly and professional. The facility was very well organized and clean. I was in and out in 20mins great timing!

Easy money, literally 5 minutes and 70 bucks for synthetic oil change. They honor military discounts and are not focused on the upsell. Refreshing when compared to the long wait times and appointment requirements at the dealer. I bought the service package when I bought the car, happy when we used most of it up. Didn't have to put up with the bs at Round Rock Toyota.

I went there for an oil change. The Mechanic Broke my oil filter box. The Mechanic tried to replace it; but did not secure the box back on tightly. Now my car Does not run smooth as use to. And my oil light indicator still is on!! I ask for a refund; I still havent receive it. Now I have go to another shop to get all this mistakes properly fixed!!!

They did not answer the phone after the oil change. Just had a quick question like asking what my oil level was at before I had it changed. Just told me was low so my bf tried to call to make sure was not too low but they never answer the phone. Also did not reset my change oil light and on the receipt says they did. Also there is no phone number on the receipt for this place.

I received an oil change at this place. Never got out of the car. I handed the attendant my gift card to pay for the service and drove off. 2 mins later, I realized my gift card that I payed with was never given back to me. When I went back I was told it was given back to me but it wasnt. Reminder, I never got out of my car! Very disappointed in the actions and dishonesty of this establishment. My money was practically stolen!

The service was ok, but it really upsets me when a business advertises one price, and charges another because they neglect to tell you about the added disposal fees. And this business did just that. Because of this one small detail, I will not use them again.
