Had to remind them to top off levels and I still don't know what they topped off and what they didn't after I reminded. Windshield was cleaned from driver side only and was left dirtier after being cleaned than it was before

Even with a 25% off coupon I could not afford the synthetic blend, so I was forced to get a conventional oil change still set me back 68 bucks cause have an F 150 2 extra quarts. I called and ask about an oil change. They asked the make, model and year of my truck. I was told $90 for the oil change. I ask is this the entire price with all oil...I was told yes minus the tax. I get there, they perform the oil change and then charge me over $200. While there, another customer was upset and arguing with a clerk. I will not be back. Grease pro is way cheaper, faster and professional. I tried them and will NOT go back.
