The price they charge is unreal. Spent $150 for an oil change and the oil is only $25 for 5 quarts!! They never placed the drapes over the side of the car to protect it. There was oil residue all over the side of my vehicle and the hood. I had JUST washed it before the oil change too. I won'1t be returning.

Great crew, and it was a treat to have a little fun with them. After the oil change was complete, I sterted the car as directed. However, I began to tap the side of the door with the rhythm of the engine running. The tech in the pit thought the engine was knocking!! The other techs hi-fived me.

10 minutes is a little misleading. Closer to. 20 minutes. They left grease prints on hood which they said would come off with soap and water but i cant remove the prints. They should definitely take better care to insure they dont leave prints on your vehicle that wont come off.

Slow service, took over 45 minutes for an oil change. I also had to remind them 3 times to check my tires.
I was also upcharged to more expensive oil due low stock because of a "brand changeover." It is unfair to the customer to have to pay more because you can't control inventory.

Kayla and Asa were great to work with. I loved their honesty and openness but was disappointed in the extremely high price for oil, no soap in the bucket when cleaning my windows, they were out of windshield washer fluid so that was not added and I was empty and apparently because I had a metal cap my coolant couldn't be replenished either and that was low as well. Overall WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for not being able to get the full service.

Great price compared to other like drive thru oil change businesses. Great military and first responder discounts. Very professional. Tech left my front bumper oily from leaning against it. I didnt notice til later. Otherwise the experienced was great.
