The techs were willing to make sure that I had an excellent experience, they checked my car and made sure that the fluids were to level and explained that the last place that had changed my oil must not have filled up my oil because I was 3 quarts low. I was not leaking oil and as well was not burning oil. I had them to complete an oil change so that I can monitor my oil.

This service sucked! Apparently this is a training store! Never go to this location! After getting serviced I went on with my day, I started to head home around 6pm after they were closed and continued onto 95. I here a horrible noise coming from underneath my vehicle. Turns out they never put my skid plate aka the cover that protects my undercarriage of the car!

Great,stay a way from tire kingdom in ormond Beach, had 3 problems, dripping oil, shield draging on ground, waiting 1 hour and told they couldn't change oil, employees I dealt with manager etc in wrong job.
