The staff was super friendly. Unfortunately they did not have the oil I needed in stock. I had to go pick it up and bring it back so they can put it in for me. They charge a lot of money for that labor. Normally they are pretty good.

They were ok, weren't the quickest. Spoiled oil and made me think I had a leak not realizing it was them until the young lady tech working there explained it to them that it was because they poured the oil too fast. Other than that it was ok

Lots of confusion, did not put back engine cover securely, failed to initial start engine prior to check oil fIL, I had to remind them, manager poured last quart of oil without funnel, very poor service

Take 5 took 30 minutes and charged me $100 more than Walmart Car Center for the exact same service. Same Mobil 1 oil, but the oil filter was from an unknown brand. I don't see any justification for the price difference.

I initially drove into the 3rd section to be serviced, I sat there for approximately half an hour to be told to go to the 1st section because the computer was not working. I drove to the 1st section and waited another 20 minutes to get serviced! I don't believe they did a car inspection!! The service was horrible!! I will not return to this location in the future!! The workers were very unprofessional!!!

Very nice employees, but very disorganized it seemed. What would normally take less than a half hour took more like an hour in a hot car that couldn't be started. The employees moved back and forth between bays, and would interrupt one another when they were conducting business or trying to get something done. They just seemed inefficient in general. They apologized for the wait, but I won't likely go back.

They were awesome! Was helped immediately they looked at all of my fluids and filled them up, topped me off on oil! Then they filled all of my tires to the right psi and looked at my wipers and filters and I was good. Did not charge me one penny and I was on my way in 5 minutes

I arrived to get my oil changed and was told that their was going to be a wait because there was were only 2 employees working and I did not have to wait that long. I waited maybe less than 10 minutes and was out no longer than 10 minutes, The service was quick and excellent. Wil definitely return.

They stripped the drain plug and tried to blame it on the last place to do the oil change. After they had tried multiple socket sizes. Then the manager went and removed the plug and replaced it but they tried to get me to go somewhere else to get my oil change saying that its would take a couple hours since someone else damaged what they had damaged
