The guys down at the Ocala location are great. Quick friendly service. My only concern is that when the tech checked my tires he only did the right side. He inflated right side tires, to 37psi, left the driver's side at 29-30psi. Otherwise always fast friendly service here.

They propped up my hood improperly with their prop it slid out slamming my hood. Then they could not get my hood shut... I just bought this car 4 months before and it was in mint condition. My husband had to get out and look at it because they couldn't close it. Then they took pictures and said they'd have to get back with us. We've never heard back.

The guys at Take 5 were courteous and professional and made sure that I understood the process that they followed. They changed my oil and filters, checked tire pressure, wiper blades and checked for leaks before sending me on my way. The service is quick and you get to sit in your vehicle and observe everything as it happens. Great experience!

Great service and great staff. They show great professionalism and team work. They are a bit pricy but I guess when all you do is oil change, overhead needs to be paid somehow. They also let you know everything that is wrong with your car such as oil leaks, transmission fluid leaks, along with checking wiper blades.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The manager even went to the auto store to get an oil filter for my vehicle as they did not have any. Just always a wonderful experience with take 5!
