Inexperienced techs who were unfamiliar with my car. Concerned they did not know how to put the filter on. Boss had to fix the issue. I had to reset my own oil life reminder. Unsure if they did a basic check of fluids and light checks. Only saving factor is the boss did oversee the process and make correction as needed. They were nice just not experienced. I didn't feel good about this visit but I may still recommend the shop.

They need to remove this added record. I have NEVER been to them for service. Do not even live close to them. And the mileage is completely incorrect. They must have entered a VIN incorrectly and it needs to be removed from my account.

There was nothing I didn't like. The staff is very friendly and professional and make sure that you know exactly what is going on as they are working on your car. They even had a treat for my dogs.

Service was fast but felt overpriced with a "add tip" feature upon payment. $100 for a basic oil change is a bit steep, but that is just my opinion. They didn't do a bad job but will certainly consider going elsewhere at that price.

Amazing experience! The staff at 5 Oil change were phenomenal! Even in the harsh weather condition they were in the best spirits, my hat goes off to them. I felt so bad they couldn't close the bay doors during the winter weather it was brutal in there for them but they managed to keep a smile on their face an provided top notch service. They will be my got to place from now on!

The guys at take 5 attacked my car as if it was a shack attack literally 5 guys were working on my car ( mind you me I was the only one there). They took care of my car, one guy actually showed me the cars filter and how clean it was, I was impressed by that. Thanks take 5.
