The service was fantastic but they were obviously short staffed that day. Please give these people more people to help. its so hot and those two were rolling but that a lot. please and also make sure they are well ventilated before someone passed out in this heat.

I love my Take5 on Claiborne. Everyone there is competent, thoughtful, speaks to people like they are human, and really care for their customers. I don't go very often because I don't drive my car often, but they always take good care of me and I look forward to going back -- it never feels like a chore.

I like the convenience of having an oil change place in my neighborhood. The associates were very nice and the oil change was quick and easy. They check all filters and top off all fluids, also cleaned my windows. The only thing I didn't like was the price, too high.

I was surprised at how excellent the service was at the Take 5 Oil Change of N. Carrollton Avenue in New Orleans. It was my first time there, but it won't be my last. The lady and men who worked on my car were polite and courteous and very through. They are a 5 star rated business in my book. I will be back.

The gentleman was rude his name was Shalessema he became upset when it took me a little longer to pull up the email for my coupon
The gentleman refused to take the gloves off while handing my debit card and I then had the scanner to scan my own coupon because he couldn't do it. He man is rude & doesn't have any manners.

I didn't like the fact that I waited in an hour before my vehicle was serviced. I'm not sure if it was because they were short staffed, but it was a ridiculously long. Wait I noticed the next day that I have two huge oil stains on both sides of the fender of my Jeep I am very disgusted about that as a matter of fact, I'll be going back there today to see what they can do about it Because I didn't bring my vehicle there to get damaged!

Love that they offered water. The wait was a little bit long but I love that they apologized for the inconvenience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall service was a 10/10 even with the wait time.
