They did nothing but change the oil. I hope they changed the filter for the extra charge they charged me. I told them I had checked the air filters and tire pressures but they should have done the rest including washing the windshield. They were more interested in me giving them a good review than actually giving service.

Technician took out air filter and did not resecure the housing. Engine was making noise when accelerating. A real mechanic charged $60 to remove cross threaded screws, correctly fit the housing and resecure the screws properly.

I requested economy oil and was informed that they were out. I said I didn't want to pay for a higher grade because of that. Instead of using 5W20 of a different grade they used 5W30 against manufacturer recommendations.

the 10 minute oil change is NOT there. I had to wait over 50 Minutes for an oil change at a very expensive oil change. I tried another one before but left after 45 minutes with no end in sight. They told me they were understaffed and some of the people were taking breaks.

Good staff, but my engine vibrated when I was asked to restart it after the oil and air filter change. The attendant said it was the engine, but I told him it never vibrated before. My car drives "rough" and vibrates when idling. Service was May 5 of this year. I called, was forwarded to the manager's voicemail which was full, so I couldn't leave a message.

Great, friendly service but SUPER long wait. It was a Saturday but even once we got under the roof & got the oil change, it took another 30+ minutes. Very slow after an already very long wait time in line. Will not go back to that location due to time.

Against my better judgment I went to this place again because it is very close to my residence. This was the third time I had service there and three times in a row I left having to go back immediately because I needed air in my tires, after I specifically told the attendant I needed air in my tires.

My experience was great at this 5 minute oil change establishment. They were very helpful, military friendly and offered a cold bottle water while I waited. My pathfinder runs great and ill be back for my carwash soon and followup services in a few months. Thankyou for great service.

The service was slow and the salesperson was awful. He tried to sell me an air filter and when I declined told me he couldn't turn off the "needs maintenance" light unless I bought the air filter. Lied to me about what type of oil I needed to get me to buy more expensive oil.

I love Take 5's service! Always helpful and courteous, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. That and my car doesn't reek of burning oil when they are through. Meaning either they didn't spill any in the first place or that they cleaned it up if they did!
