They were excellent. I was leary, didnt want to go to non-dealer but my local dealership, Lincoln of Franklin has disappointed time after time. Glad I gave take 5 a chance! 10 dollars more than usual but so much quicker and friendlier. Professional. I also picked a better grade of oil so that plays into that cost. Well. Worth. It!! Thanks take 5!!

This unit was extremely busy and understaffed. Take 5 I would assume means take 5 minutes but it may refer to 5 quarts? Mentioned this to the staff but they told us they were understaffed due to corporate cutbacks in hiring. All Take 5 oil changes should share customer information. Also the car washes should be on the same system for the memberships. It's only logical.

$50 for the economy oil change, then jumps to $80 and up, lucky I had a $20 coupon. I did like that they were willing to put engine air filter and cabin air filter that I had already purchased in for free. Plus they said my engine air filter was not very dirty so hold on to it and put it in the next oil change. Kind of pricey without a coupon but good service.

Don't like the fact that she went in for an oil change and they did a 90k mile inspection and removed the MAF sensor for some reason and then failed to put it back on. Daughter reported the check engine light on the next day and she wasn't able to go back for a few days. Stopped at advanced auto parts and they hooked it up and got 8 codes, told her the engine wasn't breathing right. Took it back to Take 5 immediately and they opened the hood and saw right away the issue. Hope there was no engine damage incurred during that time for their negligence. Haven't had issues there until this happened. I will vote yes to recommend but might stick to just oil changes. Nothing else.
