I asked for the economy oil change. Every time they try to make get the more expensive one by telling you your car is not going to last as long if you get that one, very condescending. If it's good enough for the manual, it good enough for me. Not every one want to drop a hundred dollars for 10 minute service.

The service was excellent. I guess you pay for convenience. I can have my oil changed at the dealership for $30 less than what I paid here. I wish they were more competative with pricing because I would only go here and not have to schedule service at the dealership.

I came in for an oil change since I was going to be driving over 600 miles later that day. They gave a cold bottle of water while I was waiting for a lane to open. They changed my oil but also inspected other areas of my car and showed me how to change my engineering filter. Service was above and beyond what I expected!

ASEA members get a discount on an oil change at Take 5. I usually go to Zippy Lube in Saraland. Imagine my surprise to hear oil change was $97.65 at Take 5 with the discount. it's $57.46 (includes tax) at Zippy Lube. Times are hard-$30 is $30 I will continue to go to Zippy Lube.

Very friendly to me and to my dog. Immediately brought me a bottled water and politely asked if they could give my dog a treat.
When servicing, they would shout out when a job was complete and confirm with one another.
All of the workers were very polite.
