Professional, attentive and knowledgeable about what was best for the vehicle without attempting to run up a high bill outside what was already quoted. Replaced necessary filters and guaranteed everything was secured properly. I will return to this location in the future.

The Take 5 team members completed the Emission test very quickly once I got in the lane. There were few cars ahead of me (expected as i went on a Saturday) but they were very courteous to ask for any water or refreshments at regular intervals to check if I was doing ok.

Ive taken 5 different cars there and I always receive honest and efficient service. They will check tire pressure and top off liquids as needed in-between oil changes. I dont see why I would go anywhere else, as their staff is consistently friendly and always treat you well make you feel appreciated as a customer.

I was greeted immediately and inspection began less than five minutes after. It took approximately 15 minutes to complete. About two hours later, my vehicle wouldn't start immediately but took at least four attempts before it started. Unsure if it's related to the inspection or a previos service.

I came to this Take 5 location on March 27 for an oil change. The technician (Kendall) tried to upsell me on a coolant service, saying my coolant was very low. I declined because it was expensive and told him to just top it off.
Within days after my visit, my car started leaking coolant (antifreeze), which was NEVER an issue before. As of April 9, it is still leaking.
I went to a separate mechanic for a second opinion, and they confirmed the fluid is coolant/antifreeze and that the issue is coming from underneath, not from the top under the hood.
When I returned to Take 5, the manager on duty (Xavier) immediately dismissed my concerns. He claimed they did nothing wrong and said they "checked the cameras," but their cameras only show under the hood, not what was done underneath the car where services are actually performed.
He kept insisting it was just a coincidence, which makes no sense given the timing.
What's even more concerning is that one of their technicians initially didn't even recognize that the green fluid was coolant/antifreeze. How do you work at an auto service shop and not know that?
I remained calm and did not argue. I simply stated I would get a second opinion, and at that point, I was told they would not be responsible for anything.
They also said my service wasn't even in their system, which is alarming considering I have my receipt and sticker as proof. The manager name listed is Joe.
This location is unprofessional, lacks basic knowledge, and takes zero accountability.
I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.
