They didn't do everything they usually do. Did not check air filter, did not top off and check all fluids, did not wash windshield, did not check air pressure in tires. Did not give me reminder sticker for window with miles for next oil change. Unprofessional attitudes from multiple staff. I won't be going back.

Oil change took 3 trips. Oil leaking so went back and found out that the O Ring not level. Still leaking went back again and found out that they tighten the screw too tight and it was stripped .
Still leaking oil. Manager was nice but not much he can do. Will NOT be going there again.

Never thought about an oil change as far as how the service was but these folks go beyond the exception. Everyone in the shop seemed to enjoy what they do and made the process quick and easy. Friendly staff goes a long way. I was 300 miles from home but had some time passing through Midland so I figured I would take car eof a needed oil change. Glad I did.

I've been to other locations that haven't been as engaging or diligent as this location so if you're in Midland, go to this location. The teams work together to get you in and out, they're informative and will address any concerns you have + the ones you didn't know you had.

I had my own oil and filter and told them to only put in seven quarts (I had nine total in both bottles). The lady went ahead and put in all nine quarts in and when I started it up the engine light came on. They had to drain out two quarts and gave me two more to replace the loss but no apology was given.

I just got a state inspection this time. It is great that they are open 7 AM - 7 PM M-Sa. I think they open at 10 AM on Sunday. If you go early you can get in and out quickly. The manager and employees are super friendly.
I have gotten an oil change there before and same experience. The people are great and they get you in and out. They are the only place I go now.

Fantastic young man handled my inspection. There must have been 20 vehicles at the station - all apparently for oil changes and service. The young man apologized for the wait and told me it would be about 30 minutes. 10 minutes later he called me. He said he inspected my pickup outside since I didn't need inside work. I thanked him and he said Have a blessed day. I will definitely be going back.
